Background
Dansk Supermarked Gruppen (DSG) is the leading player in Danish retail trade with an annual turnover of several billion DKK. Wellknown retail chains as e.g. Bilka, A-Z, Føtex and Netto are part of DSG.

In order to facilitate the trade between DSG and their subsuppliers DSG and Midt Factoring have signed a co-operation agreement on invoice assignment (factoring). With this agreement DSG's suppliers will have the opportunity to let Midt Factoring manage their debtor accounts and finance their debtors. This has not previously been possible.

Through a joint investment in development of the necessary IT systems it will be possible to link the supplier, DSG, and Midt Factoring together - thus creating the framework of secure, automatic and effective trade for the benefit of all parties.

In brief the joint development of IT will enable a supplier to leave a number of administrative tasks to Midt Factoring in order for him to concentrate on his own core business and create growth.

Midt Factoring offers a large number of services that all optimize the trade between companies. Among other things we offer distribution of invoices, handling of the administration in connection with debtors, risk protection, currency hedging, and financing of debtors. Via the co-operation with DSG even more suppliers can have the advantages of using Midt Factoring for debtor management and attached tasks - not only in relation to DSG, but also to the supplier's other customers.
